Small-batch confections, custom celebration cakes, and carefully crafted beverages — all made in-house, every day, right here on Bloomfield Avenue.
Carol's Sweet Shop sits on Bloomfield Avenue because this is where we wanted to be — in the middle of our neighborhood, where the regulars know our names and the oven is always warm.
Everything that comes out of our kitchen is made by hand, from scratch, using real ingredients and time-honored techniques. No shortcuts, no preservatives, no mass production. Just careful, deliberate craft — the way sweets should be.
